Children and youth - labs & programs planned just for them.
Adults - workshops planned specifically for parents, invested adults, and teachers.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES
- Early Registration Deadline - Thursday, October 11
- Apprentice Registration Deadline - Thursday, October 11
- Student Instructor Deadline - Thursday, October 4
- Registrations are accepted up to the day of the conference.
CHAPERONES
Every student must attend with an adult coach/chaperone.
Adult coaches/chaperones must be 25 years or older and must register separately for the coaches’ track.
MEAL INFORMATION
Gluten and dairy free available.
- Lunch is included with Saturday registration for those who register before Oct 28
- Chapters will organize dinner Friday.

Apprentice
- Eligibility Requirements and deadlines can be found on the Apprentice page of the website: Apprentice
- Registration deadline is Thursday, October 11.
- Apprentices must be present for the entire conference.

Friday 8:15am - 4:15pm
- Apprentices are required to take the iApp Academy course once per chapter year.
- If iApp was completed for iCON 2018, contact Lisa McLean at [email protected] to receive a code before registering.
- Registration fee for iApp is included in 4:12 Conference registration. You'll be automatically added to the classroom.
Student Instructor
- Eligibility Requirements and Deadlines can be found on the SI page of the website: Student Instructor.
- Registration deadline is Thursday, October 4.
- Student Instructors must be present during the entire conference.
